Terms and Conditions

Last updated:

Welcome to Art Therapy Continuing Education Academy (ATCEA). These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using this website, purchasing or registering for courses, accessing course materials, downloading resources, and participating in course-related activities.

By using this website, creating an account, registering for a course, purchasing a product, downloading materials, or participating in course activities, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Educational Use

ATCEA provides educational and informational content for professional learning, continuing education, reflective practice, and creative growth. Website and course materials are for lawful, personal, educational, and professional development purposes only.

Account Responsibility

Some courses or resources may require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your login credentials.

You may not share your username, password, course access, or account with another person. Each participant must register individually unless ATCEA provides written permission for another arrangement.

Course Access

Course access is provided according to the access terms listed at registration or purchase. Access may be time-limited or subject to course platform settings.

ATCEA may update, revise, replace, or remove course materials when needed. ATCEA may also suspend or revoke access if a participant violates these Terms, shares login access, misuses course materials, reverses payment, or disrupts the learning environment.

Payments

Course fees, digital product prices, discounts, and payment options may change at any time unless otherwise stated in a specific written offer.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors. ATCEA does not store full credit card numbers or complete payment account details on this website.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by the ATCEA Refund Policy. Because online courses and downloadable materials are digital products, refunds may be limited once access has been granted, materials have been downloaded, a course has been substantially accessed, or a certificate has been issued.

Intellectual Property

All ATCEA content, including course videos, slides, handouts, worksheets, downloads, graphics, written materials, audio, website text, course outlines, learning activities, and branding, is owned by ATCEA and/or Pamela Ullmann unless otherwise stated.

You may use course materials for your own individual educational and professional development. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, upload, sell, teach from, publicly post, or use ATCEA materials for commercial training without written permission.

Downloadable Materials

When downloads are provided, they are for the enrolled participant’s individual use only. Download permission does not transfer ownership or grant permission to share, sell, repost, or redistribute materials.

Community and Discussion Areas

If ATCEA offers comments, discussion spaces, reflection activities, or community features, participants are expected to communicate respectfully and professionally.

Participants should not post confidential, identifying, or protected client information. Participants are responsible for protecting privacy and following applicable ethical, legal, workplace, and professional standards.

ATCEA may moderate, edit, remove, or restrict content that is inappropriate, harmful, discriminatory, confidential, disruptive, promotional, or inconsistent with these Terms.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Share login credentials
  • Copy, record, or redistribute course content
  • Post course materials publicly
  • Use materials for commercial training without permission
  • Attempt unauthorized access to website systems
  • Upload harmful code or spam
  • Harass other participants
  • Post confidential or identifying clinical information
  • Misrepresent course completion
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Use the website in a way that disrupts learning or website operations

No Guarantees

ATCEA provides educational content but does not guarantee a specific professional outcome, board approval, credentialing result, employment result, clinical result, or business result.

Changes to Terms

ATCEA may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website after updates are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
